We need a real human with great instincts to watch long-form content (podcasts, Facebook Lives, webinars, educational talks) and manually pull out short-form content gems that are perfect for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok. What You’ll Be Doing: Watch 30–90+ minute videos and manually identify 5–10+ clips per episode Organize those clips clearly (Google Sheets or Notion) Bonus: Write a 1-sentence caption idea or hook for each (optional but appreciated) No editing required—but let us know if you offer that too Types of Content: Podcast-style convos (faith, business, lifestyle) Facebook/Instagram Lives Recorded webinars and classes Event and keynote speeches You Should Be: A great listener with sharp instincts for what grabs attention Someone who understands pacing, retention, and how viral clips feel Experienced with long-form content (podcast, YouTube, livestreams, etc.) Comfortable using Google Drive, ClickUp, or Notion 100% manual—no AI, no automation tools.
