My name is Scot Rister and I am the owner of a trucking compliance service company DotComplianceGroup.com What I am seeking is both market research and business analysis for a specific existing service many of my competitors offer and will be a profitable part of my business depending upon what the research results provide. I am seeking qualified resource to contact many companies that provide this service with the goal in mind of which one of two outcomes I am seeking. One of those two outcomes is either finding a company who has already developed this service and for the potential if they will offer their product/service in a 'white label' type arrangement for me to sell to my customers OR if it may make better opportunistic to just develop the service myself by my tech development team. What the job will entail is actively contacting many companies providing such service, probably 10 or more, and in engaging with them finding out more about their service they provide and as much as the details of that service that you can. In this process you will be letting them know you represent a trucking compliance company whom is seeking for such a vendor to partner up with in such a 'joint venture' opportunity and would they be receptive to. The other part of the job task and maybe the most detailed, comprehensive and important is to learn as much as you can about such service then HOW they are providing this service. Basically, I'm also wanting you to by research and conversations with such current service providers to additional research on how many of the aspects of their service how that is done. For example if one of the aspects of this comprehensive service (which it will be) to run MVR (motor vehicle reports) on those individual with a commercial driver's license (CDL) and thus you will need to source our vendors that provide MVRs and how to in a systemic way know what information will be required to run a MVR and how systemically that should work. In fact, you will be providing a conceptual 'how to' written summarization of the entire project that I will need to provide to my tech development team if I choose to develop this service myself rather than joint venturing with another company. I require written weekly summary of your work, progress and all findings. This job requires excellent both written and oral communication skills because you will be engaged in many interviews/conversations and then in very professional format to provide written summary on all your work. In this project you can work more than 40 hours a week if you have the capacity to do so yet minimum 30 hours a week is required. At the completion of the project there will be a bonus for which is totally subjective of my evaluation yet I sincerely do desire to be generous if high quality and quickly assembled work is the result.
