We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with experience in recruitment sales. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and selling staffing solutions to companies in our key industries. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients in need of recruitment services. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Drive sales through cold calls, networking, and client meetings. Understand client hiring needs and present tailored staffing solutions. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment sales, staffing, or B2B sales. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales quotas. Compensation: Base salary + commission (competitive and uncapped earnings potential).
