Job Description: We’re Reverie Records, a growing music company looking to hire detail-oriented U.S.-based Virtual Assistants who understand music culture and are fluent in social media. You’ll help us find influential Spotify playlists and locate their curators on Instagram. This is a remote contract role with flexible hours and long-term potential. Responsibilities: - Use Spotify (in incognito) to search for curated playlists based on specific keywords - Use Chartmetric (access provided) to verify trending playlists - Log playlist links, Spotify usernames, and Instagram accounts (if found) into our Google Sheet - Avoid repeat searches using keyword tracking Requirements: - U.S.-based, fluent in English - Strong attention to detail - Comfortable with Google Sheets, Spotify, Instagram - Familiarity with music genres and trends - Availability for 20–40 hours/week (your choice) - Previous experience in VA work, playlist research, or influencer/artist marketing is a plus Pay: - $18/hour, paid weekly via PayPal, Wize, Zelle, etc. - Flexible schedule (work any time of day) - Opportunity for a long-term position if it’s a good fit To Apply: - Send us a message with: - Your relevant experience - What music genres you’re into - Instagram handles you admire in the music space - Your weekly availability and preferred start date
