We are working on a project that involves the creation of a YouTube channel to serve our marketing efforts. We have a Nationwide non-profit membership site that serves the public sector (Government). Members get benefits because they are serving the public, like discounts on movie tickets and consumer purchases, but also they get specialized benefit services (life insurance, retirement accounts, etc). We also have a site the specializes in the “private sector” for people to receive educational services on the subject of retirement. We teach a class at local colleges which prepares people for retirement. Our goal of establishing a YouTube channel is to incorporate our in-person classes, into an online webinar so we can broadly reach our nationwide membership base. We want record various 5 to 10 min segments on a variety of subjects having to do with retirement, plus one longer one that has an overview of all of them as a whole. Once we have our videos produced and edited, then we want to advertise via Linkedin to our 10,000 contacts, and our database with over 100k members, inviting them to our first online class on 7.1.25. Our videos posted on YouTube will help them fill in their knowledge from the webinar. We seek a person who can conceptualize our ideas and direct us on how to get the best response, and how to integrate our videos into our overall marketing. The person we seek has a unique set of YouTube skills, but also has a good idea of how to integrate a marketing effort on YouTube with other marketing efforts. At the end of the day, we want to fill our webinars online, and have a resource for people to use by going to our YouTube channel. We also want to build followers on YouTube who keep coming back for more information on Retirement. This will be ongoing effort because as we want to keep building our presence on YouTube to create traffic that ultimately gets them to our website. We prefer only US based responses from practitioners who are well versed in YouTube marketing, editing and overall messaging.
