We are looking for a campaign manager to strategize and execute campaigns for our retail partners in 2023! These primarily revolve around influencer marketing to expand outside of our regular audience! - This is on a by-campaign basis; we have several every quarter! What you will do: - Follow an analytics-driven content strategy (per campaign) across relevant social channels to drive traffic to our retail partners - Work with the Marketing team to align on stroytelling and strategy - Manage influencer outreach & content posting - Communicate and coordinate with freelancers to secure high-quality content inline with campaign timelines - Deliver analytics reports at the end of each campaign Who you are: - 3+ years relevant experience with Social Media coordination in a direct-to-consumer business - Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, public relations or related field (preferred) - Proficient in using social media analytics tools - Proficient in all social media channels, including (but not limited to) Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter and Pinterest - Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention - Relevant experience communicating and working with influencers - Adept at understanding and using unique brand voice in external communications
