We’re a virtual mental health clinic that also offers luxury in-person wellness retreats, and we’re expanding into corporate wellness retreats. We’re looking for a thoughtful and strategic Social Media Manager to take over our Instagram and TikTok accounts and help us grow our brand presence online. This role is ideal for someone who understands both social media trends and market growth while also having a solid understanding of mental health, wellness, and trauma-informed content. Our goal is to educate, inspire trust, and direct people to therapy—not to provide therapy through posts. While I will provide the content (themes, key messages, and info), I need someone who can advise on the types of posts and then turn that information into engaging, polished content. Key Responsibilities: -Advise on content strategy and suggest types of posts (e.g., carousel, reels, etc.) that align with current trends and audience engagement. -Turn provided content (themes, key messages, and information) into engaging posts using Canva or similar tools. -Edit videos and create carousel posts that are professional, informative, and sensitive. -Write captions that are thoughtful, educational, and aligned with mental health ethics. -Post content 2–3 times per week and monitor engagement metrics. -Maintain an organized content calendar. -Collaborate with our team to create content that promotes both our mental health services and our corporate wellness retreats. Ideal Candidate Has: -Experience managing social media for wellness, mental health, or healthcare brands. -A deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok audiences, trends, and growth strategies. -Proficiency in graphic design and video editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar). -Excellent writing skills with the ability to maintain a sensitive and professional tone. -An understanding of mental health language and ethical considerations when posting. -A collaborative approach with the ability to offer strategic insight and creative ideas. This is an ongoing role with steady weekly posting needs. We’re looking for someone with long-term availability who is proactive, creative, and passionate about wellness, mental health, and corporate wellness retreats.
