Position Overview We’re looking for a creative and confident Social Media Manager to be the voice—and face—of InsureMyTrip across social platforms. In this role, you will take full ownership of our social media presence: developing strategy, producing original content, and showing up on camera to represent the brand. This is a hands-on role for a natural storyteller who’s passionate about travel and excited to build a strong, relatable brand identity online. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of InsureMyTrip on social media, appearing in videos, stories, and interactive content. Own and execute the social media strategy across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter). Create all social content—writing copy, designing graphics, shooting/editing video, and scheduling posts. Represent the brand voice with personality, professionalism, and a deep understanding of our customers. Engage directly with followers to answer questions, spark conversation, and build trust. Monitor performance and analytics, adjusting content and strategy based on engagement and KPIs. Stay on top of trends, tools, and conversations in the travel and insurance spaces to keep content fresh and relevant. Partner with marketing and customer service teams to amplify campaigns and support business goals. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand (travel, insurance, or e-commerce preferred). Confident on camera and comfortable being the public face of a brand. A portfolio of original social content (especially Reels, TikToks, and Instagram Stories). Strong writing skills with a friendly, clear, and professional tone. Proficiency with creative tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar. Experience with analytics tools like Sprout Social, Later, or Meta Business Suite. Highly organized, self-motivated, and excited to own a growing channel from end to end. A passion for travel and a desire to help people feel more secure when they explore the world.
