We are looking for a skilled, creative, and reliable individual to manage and grow a brands presence on social media. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to contribute directly to a team. Please note: We are only looking for individual freelancers. If you are part of an agency or represent one, please do not apply. We are not interested in flat-rate retainers. This will be an hourly, ongoing project with clear tasks and deliverables. What You'll Do: - Create, schedule, and post engaging content across our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) - Write compelling captions and copy aligned with our brand voice - Monitor and respond to comments and messages - Track performance metrics and suggest improvements - Stay current with trends, hashtags, and platform changes - Collaborate with our internal team for campaigns, product launches, etc. Requirements: - Proven experience managing social media for brands (please include examples or portfolio links) - Strong copywriting and content creation skills - Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar - Ability to follow brand guidelines and tone - Fluent in English - Highly organized and communicative Bonus if you have: - Experience with paid social media ads - video editing skills - Knowledge of SEO and content strategy
