We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Facebook and Google Media Buyer with 2+ years of experience, specifically in service-based businesses and lead generation. The ideal candidate should possess: • A deep understanding of GoHighLevel, including automations and how it integrates into broader campaign strategy. • Experience with Facebook Conversion API, proper conversion tracking, and campaign setup through Meta Business Manager. • Strong grasp of audience targeting strategies, including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and cold audience segmentation. • A strategic mindset to develop campaigns that align with broader marketing efforts, such as email marketing and SMS nurture sequences (execution not required, but understanding is essential). • The ability to analyze what ad creatives are working in the current market, and continuously test variations in copy, visuals, and offers. • A proactive and responsive work ethic—we’re looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to improving campaign performance week after week. • Confidence in presenting suggestions, reporting on performance, and offering insights to improve results. • Ability to create detailed buyer personas, identifying key demographics, interests, and behaviors—and using those insights to produce meaningful ad copy (not generic AI-generated text). Copy should be thoughtful, relevant, and conversion-focused. Candidate will take on 4-5 current accounts, while be able to add accounts to workload in coming months. Preferred Experience We’re looking for candidates with case studies or portfolios demonstrating past work with service-based businesses such as: • Landscaping / Hardscaping Companies • Concrete Contractors • Roofing Companies • Solar Installers • HVAC & Plumbing Services In your case studies or portfolio submissions, we’re not just looking for surface-level results like CPC and CPL—we want to see your ability to walk us through an entire campaign. This includes: • The ideation behind strategy, ad creative, and copy • The performance data and learnings from those strategies • Whether the leads generated converted into closed revenue for your client or company • A clear view of your strategic thinking and execution skills from start to finish Growth Opportunity This is not a short-term gig—we’re looking for a long-term partnership with someone who wants to grow with us. As our company expands and we take on more clients, this role could evolve into a media buying management position, where you would be responsible for overseeing your own team. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role, helping us scale our media department based on performance and trust built through this role.
