About the Role: As our Member Success Coordinator, you’ll be the voice of our users and the heart of our community experience. In addition to supporting users one-on-one, you’ll manage and grow our in-app Groups feature - encouraging activity, starting meaningful conversations, and fostering a vibrant, pet-loving community. Key Responsibilities: Member Success: Help our team answer the following questions: Why do our members decide to join Offleash’d? What do our members want out of their Offleash’d experience? Be the first point of contact for user inquiries, feedback, and app support. Onboard new users and ensure they feel welcomed into the Offleash’d community. Create and manage a member support ticketing system to resolve issues efficiently. Collect and analyze user feedback to help improve features and functionality. Work closely with the product team to report bugs and suggest improvements. Help update FAQs, support documentation, and proactive in-app messages. Groups Management: Own the in-app Groups strategy, ensuring consistent, valuable content across all categories (Health & Wellness, Pet Events, Dating and Relationships, Make Me Laugh, Make New Friends, Pet of the Day, etc.) Schedule and post weekly prompts, polls, and updates in each Group to encourage interaction. Respond to comments and questions from Offleash’d members. Moderate posts and member interactions to ensure a safe, inclusive environment. Monitor Group activity and identify trends, popular topics, and opportunities for growth. Partner with the marketing team to cross-promote group engagement through email and social media. Support the onboarding of business and community groups, helping them get set up for success. You’re a Great Fit If You: Love pets and believe in the power of community! Have 2+ years in customer success, community management, or user experience roles (bonus if you’ve worked with mobile apps or consumer tech). Are a strong communicator who knows how to create fun, engaging digital content. Are strategy driven, organized, and proactive in solving problems. Are organized, self-driven, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
