Part-Time League Administrator – NYC Tennis League Hourly Rate: $20–$30/hour (depending on experience) Estimated Hours: 5–10 hours/week Location: NYC Based Overview: City League Tennis is a new coed recreational tennis league based in Central Park. We’re seeking a reliable, organized part-time administrator to help manage weekly operations, scheduling, and communication with teams. This is a remote, flexible position with a small but growing community of adult players. Responsibilities: Coordinate weekly match schedules and team pairings Maintain Google Sheets for rosters, scores, and standings Communicate clearly with team captains via email and/or text Track player attendance and assist with substitutions as needed Organize player registration and help answer participant questions Post match results or updates on social media Assist in basic logistics for end-of-season events Requirements: Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Google Drive (especially Sheets and Docs) Professional and prompt in responding to emails and messages Based in or familiar with NYC geography (especially Manhattan neighborhoods) Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience managing recreational sports leagues or events Familiarity with tennis formats and rules (not required) Comfortable with basic social media posting (Instagram)
