Job Title: Creative Director & Operations Manager Location: Remote (Upwork Contract) ⸻ About Dear Friends Dear Friends is a mobile app focusing on meditation & wellness app built over two years (with $50 K+ invested). We’ve completed the development work, and now we’re ready to scale our creator ecosystem. ⸻ The Role We’re seeking a Creative Director & Operations Manager to own everything on the creator side—you’ll recruit and onboard top meditation, yoga, breath-work, and wellness experts, set creative standards, and drive marketing activation through both paid ads (we’ve committed at least $20 K for user acquisition) and creator-led campaigns. You’ll report directly to the Founder/CEO and collaborate closely with our technical team—but focus your energy on building and nurturing our community of teachers. This is a no-upfront-salary position—compensation is entirely through equity and profit share, so we’re looking for someone who truly believes in our vision and is committed to building it from the ground up. ⸻ What You’ll Do • Talent Outreach & Onboarding • Identify and recruit 50–100+ experienced creators • Guide them in adapting existing content or producing new audio/video courses • Creative Standards & Brand • Define tone, visual style, and production best practices • Ensure content quality and consistency • Marketing & Growth • Coordinate a $20 K launch ad budget and amplify via each creator’s network • Shape social media, newsletter, and community-driven campaigns • Performance & Analytics • Work with Mixpanel data to monitor genuine engagement (watch/listen time, completion rates, interactions) • Set and report on monthly targets for creator engagement and user growth • Operations Management • Maintain content calendars, project plans, and clear communication channels ⸻ Who You Are • Deep Practitioner: Years of personal meditation/spiritual experience across multiple modalities • Marketing Savvy: Proven track record in digital audience growth, community management, or content partnerships • Data-Driven: Comfortable using analytics to inform decisions and improve performance • Organized Leader: Strong project-management skills and ability to hit targets • Great Communicator: Builds trust with creators, team members, and stakeholders ⸻ What We Offer • Equity Stake in Dear Friends (details discussed in interview) • Revenue-Share Opportunity on ad-revenue/profit—designed to reward your impact • Flexible, remote work environment • Professional development support ⸻ How to Apply Submit your proposal on Upwork including: 1.
