Hi there! We’re a luxury wedding photo and video company with nearly 70,000 followers on Instagram and a strong reputation in the wedding and event industry. We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and strategic social media manager to take our online presence to the next level and help turn content into qualified leads. What We’re Looking For: • Someone who lives and breathes social trends and knows what’s performing on Reels, Instagram, and TikTok • A strong eye for curation, able to select the best moments from our galleries and videos to create engaging content • Skilled in editing short-form content (Instagram Reels, behind-the-scenes, storytelling-style videos) • Ability to add value, not just make things pretty—think: “How to pose as a couple,” “Top tips for engagement shoots,” or “The #1 mistake couples make when choosing a wedding photographer” • Can create a monthly content calendar and manage execution • Proficient in providing analytics, growth recommendations, and creative direction • Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail Bonus & Growth Opportunity: We’ll offer a performance-based bonus: for every qualified lead that comes through Instagram and converts, you’ll receive a commission. We want you to be incentivized to make us money by helping us grow.
