The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Marketing Strategist to take the reins on building and executing a creative, results-driven marketing plan to drive membership growth and boost revenue. Our goal: scale to 10,000+ members per month — and we need a strategist who can craft the roadmap and make it happen. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to grow membership and revenue - Identify and prioritize marketing channels to reach and convert our target audience - Scale and optimize our current TikTok and YouTube campaigns while expanding into new platforms - Lead marketing efforts for KillDebt.com and around the launch of KillDebt.ai and communicate its value to prospective and existing members - Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven optimizations. - Collaborate closely with us to ensure marketing aligns with business goals. What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience as a marketing strategist, ideally in a subscription or membership-based business - Strong grasp of digital marketing, including social media, paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and partnerships - Creative thinker with the ability to execute bold ideas and deliver measurable results - Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive strategy - Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills - Passion for helping underserved communities or people facing financial hardship is a plus.
