Marketing & Outreach Coordinator (Email, SMS, Social Media & Client Outreach) Part-Time / Full-Time | Remote/Hybrid | NYC-Based Company We’re looking for a passionate, self-motivated individual to join our team and lead our digital outreach efforts. This role involves managing and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns, creating and posting engaging content on our social media platforms, and using LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage SMS and email marketing campaigns to engage leads and clients Create, schedule, and post compelling content on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms Maintain and grow our online presence with regular updates and brand-aligned messaging Use LinkedIn to research, connect with, and reach out to new prospective clients Track performance metrics and suggest improvements based on engagement and response rates Qualifications: Strong writing and communication skills Proficiency with social media platforms and basic graphic tools (e.g., Canva) Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar) Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach strategies Detail-oriented, creative, and enthusiastic.
