Must be Local to New Jersey/NYC. Law firm seeking a creative and reliable Content Creator & Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role involves filming, editing, and producing engaging photo and video content for use across social media platforms and our website. The ideal candidate understands how to create content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and aligns with a professional legal image. Responsibilities: - Film and photograph attorneys, staff, office events, and client-centered content - Edit video and photo content for social media and marketing use - Create and post content regularly across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) - Collaborate with leadership on content ideas, brand messaging, and growth strategies - Track content performance and adjust strategy accordingly Qualifications: - Proven experience creating and managing content for social media - Strong videography and photo editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva) - Understanding of current social media trends and best practices - Prior experience working with professional services or legal industry (preferred but not required) Schedule: Part-time or freelance with flexible hours. Local travel to firm office in Northern New Jersey required to shoot content (40 minutes from NYC).
