EZMetrics is looking for a high-performing Facebook Ads Media Buyer to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours/week) with potential to grow. This is a long-term opportunity for a single individual (NO agencies) who lives and breathes performance marketing and wants to make a real impact. We’re a fast-paced digital marketing agency specializing in direct response campaigns. We work with speakers, coaches, course creators, and local service-based businesses—and we’re scaling fast. Your Role Will Include: Strategizing, building, launching, and optimizing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns Writing and testing high-converting ad copy and creatives (graphic team provided) Monitoring key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and making data-driven decisions A/B testing audiences, placements, and creatives Collaborating with our funnel builders and copywriters to ensure ad-to-funnel alignment Weekly reporting inside Slack with short Loom videos to update on performance You Must Be: An expert in Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager Up to date with Meta ad policies and current platform trends Experienced with Lead Generation and Sales campaigns Proficient in retargeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences Detail-oriented, proactive, and data-driven Able to work during partial U.S. business hours for communication Bonus Points If You Have Experience In: Running ads for info products, coaches, and digital courses Using GoHighLevel (GHL), Keap (Infusionsoft), or ClickFunnels Scaling ad campaigns beyond $10K+/month To Apply: Please apply as an individual (no agencies) and include the word “EZMetrics” in your cover letter so we know you read this.
