Canton & Company (www.cantoncompany.com), a leading growth services firm dedicated to accelerating innovation and transformation in the healthcare ecosystem, is seeking a highly skilled freelance Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a designer with deep B2B experience and a strong portfolio of work in healthcare, medical, or health tech industries (preferred but not required). We’re looking for someone who can translate complex ideas into compelling visuals for both our internal brand and our client-facing work across multiple healthcare organizations. What you’ll do: ✔️ Be our go-to design partner for a variety of projects supporting both Canton’s brand and our clients’ marketing efforts ✔️ Create polished, professional PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks for internal and client use ✔️ Design social media graphics, e-books, infographics, email marketing visuals, white papers, and sales collateral that drive engagement and communicate value ✔️ Collaborate closely with our marketing and strategy teams to align visuals with messaging and audience needs ✔️ Deliver high-quality, on-brand design work consistently, on time, and on brief What we’re looking for: ✅ Proven B2B design expertise—experience in healthcare, medical, or technology industries is a strong plus ✅ PowerPoint master—you know how to turn content-heavy slides into clean, impactful presentations that win business ✅ Strong portfolio showing a range of B2B marketing assets: pitch decks, social graphics, e-books, sales enablement materials, etc. ✅ Availability of 5–10+ hours per week with flexibility for occasional quick turnarounds ✅ Ability to work independently while staying responsive and collaborative with a remote team ✅ Bonus: experience with branding projects, data visualization, or content marketing design Why work with us?
