We’re launching a grassroots, culture-driven music campaign with a line dance and Southern flair. The track has multigenerational appeal—think: line dancers, HBCU students, aunties at the cookout, and TikTok duos. We’re looking for a growth strategist who can build and operate a viral rollout, driving social engagement, UGC, and influencer participation across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Your Responsibilities: ✅ Create a 3–4 week viral growth strategy for a music + dance challenge ✅ Manage weekly execution: post scheduling, seeding, commenting, engagement boosts ✅ Secure and coordinate with creators, dancers, DJs, and micro-influencers ✅ Monitor post performance and adjust the playbook in real time ✅ Use remix mechanics (duets, stitches, Reels remixes, response videos) to drive visibility What We’ll Provide: Video clips, promo assets, and dance footage Artist branding and music A defined voice + vision—you bring the virality You Should Have: Experience running viral music or dance challenges (or similar campaigns) A deep understanding of culturally relevant short-form trends Experience engaging Southern Black and/or multigenerational audiences preferred Confidence working independently but collaboratively Bonus: creator relationships or seeding playbooks in music or dance verticals Please send examples.
