We are a company operating in the real estate, property management, and HOA sectors. We are seeking an experienced, U.S.-based Marketing and Branding Consultant with a strong background in the domestic market to advise executive leadership on high-impact marketing strategies and brand positioning. This strategic advisor will lead and mentor our internal marketing and branding team, working to enhance our brand presence, increase client engagement, and strengthen our competitive position in the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on all matters of marketing and brand development. • Audit and assess the company’s current brand positioning and marketing efforts. • Develop a comprehensive branding and marketing strategy tailored to the U.S. real estate, property management, and HOA markets. • Lead and mentor the in-house marketing team, setting direction, goals, and KPIs. • Provide expert guidance on digital and traditional marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, PR, and content marketing. • Identify new market opportunities and branding initiatives to attract clients. • Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications. • Recommend vendors, tools, and platforms that support marketing effectiveness and scalability. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred) • Minimum of 7–10 years of U.S.-based experience in marketing and branding, with a strong focus on real estate, property management, or HOA-related businesses • Proven experience advising or leading marketing efforts for large-scale real estate/property companies or HOAs • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and influence senior stakeholders. • Deep knowledge of U.S. market trends in property and community management sectors. • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills. • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
