Paid Social Specialist – Personal Injury Law Firm
Our personal injury law firm is hiring a Paid Social Specialist to lead and manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms. You’ll be responsible for crafting targeted ad strategies that drive lead generation and brand awareness in a highly competitive legal market. Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns Develop creative and copy in collaboration with our content team Monitor KPIs and adjust campaigns to improve performance Segment audiences and run A/B tests for lead quality Stay updated on platform trends and policy changes Qualifications: 2+ years managing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Preferred) Experience generating leads in high-intent industries (legal a plus) Strong creative instincts and analytical mindset Help us connect with people who need justice—and ensure our message reaches them when they need it most.
