We have a strong in-house technical co-founder and are now looking for a creative marketer to help define the brand and lead early growth. What You’ll Own Brand Voice & Storytelling – Develop a cohesive, compelling brand that speaks to confident, social, app-fatigued singles Launch Campaigns – Execute real-world and digital campaigns in Chicago to drive awareness and app check-ins Referral Programs – Build creative in-app and IRL referral mechanics Social Content – Collaborate on or lead social media strategy (especially Instagram, TikTok, and local influencers) Growth Experiments – Run quick, creative tests to get attention and spark virality Partnerships – Support outreach to local venues, nightlife spots, and creators You Might Be a Fit If You... Have experience marketing a consumer app, nightlife, or culture brand Are a strong storyteller with design or content instincts Love scrappy, fast-paced early-stage environments Know how to drive user behavior through creative strategies — not just ads Are based in (or familiar with) Chicago nightlife (bonus) Details Part-time or freelance to start (with potential to grow) Remote-friendly, but bonus if Chicago-based Compensation: hourly or project-based (open to equity conversations for the right person)
