I'm building a TikTok channel focused on helping people with anxiety, panic attacks, and deep emotional struggles given this has recently hit me and my wife very hard. The tone is raw, soft, and deeply human. I’ve been posting daily with hand-selected imagery and voiceovers using affirmations like “I am safe.
