I’m looking for a skilled thumbnail editor to create eye-catching and engaging thumbnails for my podcast channel. I have a general template idea for what I want, but I need someone who can take that concept and execute it in a cleaner, more polished way. Your role will involve: Lifting reaction shots of me and my co-host from the video (laughing, raging, smiling, etc.). Enhancing and arranging these shots to create dynamic, high-quality thumbnails that attract clicks. Improving upon my initial thumbnail template to make it visually sharper and more engaging. Delivering at least 2 thumbnails per week consistently. Requirements: Proven experience in creating YouTube thumbnails (attach samples). Ability to take direction and improve upon existing concepts. Proficiency in editing software like Photoshop or similar tools. An understanding of what makes a thumbnail clickable and visually appealing for YouTube audiences.
