Overview We’re a boutique Salesforce consulting firm focused on Life Sciences and Private Equity. Our website, recently updated after being inactive from 2018 to 2025, needs an SEO partner to drive high-intent traffic using long-tail keywords (e.g., "Salesforce Prognos integration"). We prioritize quality leads over high traffic volume and seek a long-term partnership with a B2B-experienced SEO firm or freelancer. Initial Responsibilities: - Perform website SEO audit, make recommendations, and implement those recommendations on our Webflow based website - Perform keyword research relevant to our industry and offerings, make a comprehensive recommendation of keywords to pursue, prioritizing high intent keywords focused on driving quality leads rather than high volume - Create a strategy to improve our Domain Authority Ongoing Responsibilities - Provide keyword strategies and content parameters for our team to execute - Lead outreach strategy to build relevant, high-quality backlinks - Perform ongoing technical SEO audits (e.g., page speed, mobile optimization) as we expand the website - Track and report keyword rankings, monthly traffic, changes in traffic for relevant keywords - Make ongoing recommendations on strategy pivots to maximize the overall ROI of the SEO efforts Requirements - Experience with B2B SEO, ideally in consulting or tech - Success with long-tail keyword strategies - Expertise in link-building and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush) - Collaborative and communicative - Salesforce/CRM Implementation SEO experience is a plus - Open to long-term engagement Scope & Timeline - Month 1: Audit site, develop keyword strategy, optimize existing content, start link-building - Months 2-6: Begin execution of strategy. We will monitor backlink generation and domain authority improvements as the key metrics of success during this period - Ongoing: Refine strategy and adjust as necessary. We will begin to transition to harder metrics (quality leads generated, revenue generated from leads) to evaluate the service at this point - Deliverables: Monthly reports on rankings, traffic, key actions, and pivots based on feedback Budget & Application - Share your monthly retainer or project pricing for initial and ongoing work. Note - we are open to results-based pricing as well - Submit a proposal with your approach, relevant B2B SEO examples, and estimated timeline - Highlight experience with keyword research and link-building
