Hourly: $15.00 - $25.00
Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to a provided list of leads Follow a proven script while maintaining a natural and confident tone Qualify prospects and set appointments for our team Log all call activity, notes, and outcomes in our CRM system Meet daily/weekly goals for calls made and appointments set Communicate feedback from leads to improve targeting and outreach Requirements: Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting Clear and professional phone communication skills Comfortable handling objections and keeping prospects engaged Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and stay consistent with outreach goals Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
