What is Bobyard? Bobyard is an AI-powered takeoff and estimating platform designed for landscaping professionals. We’ve trained our system on thousands of landscaping plans so it can automatically identify and measure items like plants, piping, hardscape, and softscape. Instead of manually counting everything, estimators can upload a plan and get accurate quantities in seconds. This helps contractors save time, reduce errors, and work more efficiently. The Ask/Timeline This may or may not be an ongoing project pending on output rate and the number of leads we can procure. The initial ask is to comb through the ~3k leads (ones that have a cell phone number). You’ll want to do multiple rounds of the list in order to ensure we connect with the highest number of potential customers. Our call to connect rate using the parallel dialer is pretty high (~40%), and our demo booked rate is about 1 demo booked per hour. You can make 80-100 calls per hour using the parallel dialer. These are validated numbers. Task: Call for 2 hours a day using parallel dialer in the morning; book 1 demo per hour (minimum of 1 demo per day)
