We are looking for a personable, organized, and proactive Onboarding & Outreach Associate to join our team (temp to hire). In this role, you will directly engage with health practitioners or their clinics to guide them through joining our platform. Your primary responsibility will be calling practitioners from a pre-vetted list and walking them through the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities 1. Call practitioners or clinics from our database to introduce them to our platform. 2. Clearly explain the benefits of joining the platform and answer basic questions about how it works 3. Assist with completing practitioner profiles, verifying credentials, and scheduling onboarding calls or demos 4. Record call outcomes, follow-ups, and notes in our CRM or Airtable system 5. Identify common concerns or questions and report insights to the team to help improve messaging 6. Send follow-up emails and reminders to unresponsive or interested practitioners 7. Work closely with the Practitioner Success and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff after onboarding Qualifications 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 2. Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections with professionalism 3. Strong organizational and follow-up skills 4. Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Airtable/CRM tools, email tools) 5. Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or outreach is helpful but not required What You’ll Gain 1.
