Set up Brevo or Postmark for Basic Marketing Emails

I will be sending basic marketing emails to a list of contacts maybe once a month or so. I need someone to set up Brevo for these marketing emails for me. I currently use Postmark for transactional, so if they have an easy to use Marketing option as well, I am open to that. These are all opted in contacts. No automation needed. No template design needed. Just basic installation and set up so I can send out basic bulk emails to my list occassionally.
