We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a background in fintech or financial services to drive qualified leads and fuel our growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in outbound communication, and knows how to speak the language of trust in financial conversations. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for qualifying leads and booking meetings. This is a full-time remote role with required availability from 9 AM–6 PM EST. Key Responsibilities: -Make timely outbound calls (within 5–10 minutes of lead assignment) to connect with prospective clients. -Qualify leads by verifying information and identifying needs based on our solution offerings. -Confidently speak to financial services concepts while staying within compliance guidelines. Appointment Setting: -Verify information of leads and schedule appointments for financial advisors. -Follow up via phone, SMS, and email to confirm attendance and reschedule when needed. -Sales Enablement & Process: Use CRM tools to track lead interactions, notes, and next steps accurately. -Support goals by hitting daily outreach and conversion targets. Brand & Compliance: -Be a trusted voice of the brand - professional, ethical, and engaging. -Do not offer financial advice - stay within pre-approved scripts and guidance. Qualifications: -Sales Experience: 2–3+ years in an outbound sales, SDR, or inside sales role—preferably in fintech or financial services. -Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with financial products, services, and terminology. -Communication: Native or bilingual English speaker with excellent verbal and written skills. -Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot) and digital outreach tools (e.g. Aircall). -Mindset: Resilient, coachable, and motivated by results. You don’t mind a few rejections if it means getting to a “yes.” -Tone & Presence: Friendly, trustworthy, and clear. Able to adapt tone based on the customer. What We Expect: -15–20 high-quality calls daily during business hours. -Prompt responses to new leads (within 10–15 minutes). -Clear communication of fintech value props using company-provided scripts. -Professional handling of objections, scheduling conflicts, and lead concerns.
