Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales/Marketing Specialist to join our Real Estate Acquisitions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with property owners and managers to qualify leads, gather critical information, and lay the groundwork for potential sales opportunities. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and engaging prospective leads. Key Responsibilities: 1. Proactively identify and reach out to potential leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms. 2. Qualify leads by assessing the potential for future sales, gathering information about properties, and understanding owners’ selling intentions. 3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system. 4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market, specifically regarding apartment buildings and multi-family properties. 5. Work closely with the acquisitions team to communicate lead information and facilitate the transition from lead generation to deal evaluation. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and materials based on market feedback and performance metrics. 7. Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to enhance lead generation efforts and stay informed about market trends. 8. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with all contacts, representing the company’s brand and values effectively. Requirements: 1. Must be a native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field; real estate industry experience is a plus. 3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders. 4. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
