Job Title: Shopify Website Fix – Klaviyo Form Integration (ASAP) Job Description: We’re looking for a Shopify expert to make a fast and straightforward fix to our website. The current Klaviyo form fill is not working correctly and needs to be updated or re-integrated so that it functions properly and collects customer data as intended. Scope of Work: Review the existing Klaviyo form embedded on our Shopify site Fix or replace the form so that it captures email addresses and syncs properly with our Klaviyo list Ensure the form displays correctly across desktop and mobile Test functionality and verify integration is working Quick turnaround needed — ideally completed within 24–48 hours Requirements: Proven experience with Shopify and Klaviyo Strong understanding of email capture forms, integrations, and custom HTML/CSS if needed Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly Excellent communication and responsiveness Timeline: ASAP – If you’re available and confident you can knock this out quickly, please reach out with your rate and availability.
