Objective: subject matter expert (SME) needed to review and enhance our recruitment process. The goal is to attract and assess a highly qualified, mission-aligned talent pool through an effective, targeted and values-driven hiring experience. Project Outcome: Recruitment Process Optimization/Recommendations with a focus on: a. Help in identifying sources for securing candidates pool including use of latest technology b. Identifying tools and resources that will help us improve candidate assessment and team fit (market tools) c. Interview experience with specific questions and feedback We are a small company in CA (20 employees, 10+ consultants) consisting of family office operating unit, foundation and investment management group. We are seeking an SME who is well versed in small company, startup environment and can recommend solutions that are appropriate for such environment. SME must be in US.
