We're looking for a freelance HubSpot specialist to support our fast-paced marketing agency with implementation, optimization, and advanced troubleshooting. This role is ideal for someone who knows HubSpot inside and out—especially the Marketing and Sales Hubs—and has experience navigating the complexities of agency workflows, multiple client accounts, and integrations. Key Responsibilities: Set up and optimize workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle stages Troubleshoot and resolve advanced HubSpot issues across forms, tracking, and automation Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools (e.g., CallRail, Google Ads, Slack) Assist with reporting setup and attribution accuracy Support onboarding and data migrations as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure systems are set up for real-world client usage Join client calls as needed and move quickly to implement solutions Requirements: Proven, advanced experience with HubSpot (certifications a plus) Familiarity with agency operations and client-facing portal setups Strong problem-solving and communication skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile work environment Bonus if you have: Experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar automation tools Familiarity with Squarespace, CallRail, or AgencyAnalytics integrations This is a project-based freelance role with ongoing opportunities for the right person.
