Job Description We’re building an AI-powered B2B sales automation platform and are looking for a highly skilled full-stack developer to help bring it to life. The product is functional in parts, but not yet production-ready. We have been told it is roughly 50-75% complete. We’re open to either finishing the current build or starting from scratch, whichever approach gets us to a clean, stable application faster. You’ll be working directly with the founding team. This is a solo build, so we’re looking for someone who is confident, communicative, and capable of delivering production-grade SaaS on their own. What We're Building Silenium is a SaaS product focused on automating outbound sales workflows using AI. The platform helps teams scale their outreach by simulating a high-performing sales rep, with the goal of surfacing qualified leads and reducing manual email work. Looking for experience integrating or fine-tuning large language models (e.g. GPT) into real products AND experience with transactional or mass email systems; especially with ensuring deliverability and avoiding spam filters.
