Description: We’re a fast-moving legal tech startup looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to help launch and optimize campaigns targeting law firms and in-house legal teams. Our product is an AI-powered assistant for lawyers, and we need someone who can translate that into highly effective search and display campaigns. This is a contract role starting with a $1,000–$1,500 trial project (initial setup + 2-week optimization). If successful, we’re looking to transition into an ongoing monthly engagement. Responsibilities: - Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns targeting legal industry and B2B SaaS keywords (e.g., “AI legal assistant,” “automated legal drafting,” etc.) - Write and iterate on ad copy that speaks directly to law firm pain points (speed, consistency, risk mitigation) - Track conversions and optimize for cost-per-lead - Collaborate with our founder and designer to build or refine high-converting landing pages and UTM-tagged URLs - Provide clear, weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations Ideal Experience: - Proven success managing Google Ads for B2B SaaS or legal tech products - Strong copywriting skills and ability to speak to professional service audiences (especially lawyers) - Comfortable setting up and running retargeting and LinkedIn Ads (a plus, not required) - Data-driven approach with a bias toward experimentation and optimization
