Local Filmmakers / Video Production Needed For Youth Sports Event (Multiple US Locations)

We are seeking local videographers or advanced film students to capture high-energy highlight footage at a nationally recognized youth sports showcase celebrating top middle school athletes across multiple states. States & Locations: Football: Texas, Iowa, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Georgia, Mississippi, Colorado, Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, Illinois, New Jersey, Virginia, Missouri, Washington Volleyball: Texas, Illinois, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Washington, Alabama, North Carolina, California Basketball: Texas, Illinois, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Missouri, Washington, Mississippi, North Carolina, Indiana Soccer: Texas, New York Dates: Summer 2025 (Specific event dates per state will be provided) Duration: Approx. 3–4 hours per event (covering one to three back-to-back games) Scope: Film game action, athlete celebrations, sideline energy, and branded elements (banners, jerseys, etc.) Deliverables: * Highlight Reel (1–3 minutes) of game play featuring key moments from the game (hype reel) with text overlays. * Full Raw Footage From Day What We’re Looking For: * Experience capturing live sports or event footage * Ability to capture smooth, clear video with stabilization (tripod or gimbal preferred) * Familiarity with highlight-style editing * Reliable and professional on-site presence * Ability to deliver files digitally (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) Compensation: * $250–$500 Flat Rate preferred per event (based on experience and gear) * $50 Bonus for delivery within 7 days * Payment Structure: 50% upon agreement, 50% upon approval of final deliverables Equipment Requirements: * HD Camera (1080p minimum, 4K preferred) * Tripod or Gimbal Stabilization * Onboard or External Microphone * Backup Batteries & Storage How to Apply: Please include the following in your proposal: * Portfolio or links to past event/sports footage * Equipment list (camera, stabilization, mic) * Confirmation of availability (Summer 2025) * Brief description of your experience with similar projects We aim to finalize our hires quickly, so please submit your proposal as soon as possible.
