Expect full‑day verité coverage, group activities, and sit‑down confessionals—plus nightly social edits. Shoot Schedule Miami, FL — June 19 – 21, 2025 (3 days) San Juan, PR — June 22 – 24, 2025 (3 days) Crew Needed (per day) Role Qty Camera Ops / DPs 2–3 1st AC / Media Manager 1 Location Sound Mixer 1 Field Producer / Story Producer 1 G&E Swing / Utility 1 Optional Night‑shift DIT / Editor 1 Gear Expectations (flexible) Two professional 4K cinema bodies (e.g., Sony FX6/FX9, Canon C70/C300 III, RED Komodo, or comparable) One mirrorless / compact cinema body for roaming vertical/BTS clips 4–6 wireless lavs + boom, 32‑bit float or similar recorder Lightweight LED kit (LiteMat, Aputure, Nanlite, or equivalent) Laptop cart for dual backups & proxy pulls If you own gear that meets or beats these specs, list it—we’re flexible. Deliverables Footage backed up twice daily (master + safety) Select vertical/BTS clips delivered each night for social Proposal Requirements Your total project quote + line‑item breakdown (crew, gear, travel, optional add‑ons) Reel or 2–3 links to comparable reality/docu work Confirmation your team is available all six consecutive days Gear list you’ll provide Short‑listed teams will receive the full creative brief before final selection.
