Experienced Commercial Architect Needed for Innovative Projects
I am seeking to hire an architect licensed in North Carolina for a project I own. I'm also a GC and will manage the permitting process. I need all conceptual designs, MEP designs, structural designs, and construction documents to submit and get approved for permits. The building will be 2.5 stories with a 4,000 SF foot print. It will house a commercial kitchen with cafe, a bookstore, a one screen theater, and meeting/office space. It will have an outdoor patio. There will also be a separate 800 square foot building that will include only a roof and three walls.
