Brand With Heart: Logo and Wordmark for Apparel Company

My husband and I, and our two kiddos, call South Lake Tahoe, California home. We're in the process of launching a locally owned apparel company and "work of heart" brought to life by our family. We want locals and visitors alike to celebrate (and proudly wear) something we can all agree on--our love of Lake Tahoe. We need a design logo and wordmark ASAP that will also render well on an embroidered patch to be stitched to the front of trucker hats (and wordmark also stitched, location TBD). In short order, we also plan to partner with local businesses, schools, and organizations to produce co-branded hats (opportunities for future design work). We would love to work with a designer who has expertise in logo/branding as well as design for apparel (hats/caps specifically, at this time). We need someone who can move quickly and sprint with us on this effort.
