Design exterior facade for warehouse office flex building and provide 3d rendering

Need an architect to design exterior facade and layout of doors and windows for 125x80 pre engineered metal building that will be an office warehouse flex space divided into 2 sections. The main goal is to get a 3D rendering to use on the leasing listing ad that will be posted as soon as Friday May 9. This is when we close on the purchase of the land. We can post an ad anytime after that but want to get it posted ASAP. We ARE NOT looking for any interior layout or design at this time. One section on the front entry side of the lot will be an 80x75 unit with proposed 1200 sq foot office (leaving 60x20 sq foot of open gravel within the building for tenant build out. The other 4000 sq foot section will be 80x50. A non structural partition wall will separate the 2 sections. No office planned at the moment but placing overhead doors strategically to allow for one on the corner in the future. The exterior material needs to remain sheet metal. We don't have budget for a masonry facade. You can change landscaping, door and window types sizes or colors, door and window layout, sidewalks, parking, and anything else non structural as you see fit. Minor changes to overhead door locations will be needed to look appealing but the general locations are on the renderings. I am open to opinions or critiques though. I'm attaching files of our draft site layout for context. As well as draft renderings I put together on the PEMB manufacture website. Feel free to recommend any changes, but this will ,structurally, be a 125x80 rectangular building with 16 foot side walls.
