We are seeking a Creative Virtual Assistant to support our art brand in e-commerce strategy and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will help enhance our online presence, manage social media, assist with product listings, and develop engaging content that resonates with our audience. Tasks You’ll Help With E-Commerce & Store Setup Set up and organize store (Shopify, Etsy, or similar) Upload products with descriptions, pricing, categories, and mockups Connect payment, shipping, and tracking systems Set up basic policies (returns, privacy, etc.) Visual & Branding Support Upload and manage product images and branding visuals Assist with packaging design or sourcing (optional) Admin & Systems Organize Google Drive/Dropbox files and brand assets Create simple SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for repeat tasks Help with inbox and calendar management Marketing & Launch Prep Set up and schedule social media posts (Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) Assist with email marketing setup (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar) Create a simple launch plan and post-launch checklist Optional: Assist with outreach to influencers, blogs, or the press Business & Strategy Support Help outline a realistic growth roadmap (products, content, timelines) Provide light accountability support and weekly check-ins Ideal Skills & Tools Shopify / Etsy / WooCommerce experience Canva or basic Adobe Creative Suite Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) Email platforms like Mailchimp or ConvertKit Familiarity with art, fashion, or handmade product markets a bonus Clear communicator with a supportive, self-driven attitude
