We’re looking for a motivated and personable Sales Associate who enjoys working with people and helping them stay connected. Because many of our customers are Spanish-speaking, the ability to speak both English and Spanish is required for this position. Position Overview: As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in the store. You’ll help them choose the best phones, plans, and accessories to meet their needs, while delivering excellent customer service and contributing to a high-performing sales environment. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers into the store and build strong relationships Recommend the best wireless plans, devices, and add-ons based on customer needs Achieve individual and store sales goals Stay informed about the latest products, services, and promotions Perform accurate transactions including activations, upgrades, payments, and troubleshooting Maintain an organized and clean retail environment Support daily store operations and assist with inventory as needed Work collaboratively with your team to ensure a great customer experience Qualifications: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required Retail or sales experience preferred (especially in wireless, electronics, or tech) Excellent communication and people skills Motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage + performance-based commission Supportive, team-focused work environment How to Apply: Message me on Upwork
