We’re a fast-moving digital transformation agency with sales outpacing fulfillment. We need a sharp, entrepreneurial technical project manager who can take control of an active software sprint and help us build scalable delivery operations across future projects. This isn’t your everyday PM role. We’re not looking for someone who waits for instructions or wants to follow an SOP step by step—we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, drives execution, and thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment. THE IMMEDIATE NEED Right now, we’re in the middle of a custom software build with about 8 to 10 weeks remaining. You would step in, assess the current codebase and backlog, evaluate or restructure the development team (offshore or onshore—we’re open as long as costs and quality are balanced), and drive the rest of the project forward. We currently manage our entire workflow through Slack—no bloat—and we expect this person to take full responsibility for scope, timeline, QA, and communication. The ability to perform or coordinate code reviews is a major plus, as we want to protect our primary developer’s time. THE BIGGER OPPORTUNITY We really want this project to be just the beginning. If we work well together, this role could quickly evolve into a core position within our agency. You would have the chance to lead multiple custom software builds, help us recruit and manage developer resources, and shape our internal systems for delivery. We’re looking to build an efficient, repeatable fulfillment engine, and we want someone who can help architect that—not just follow orders. WHO YOU ARE You are someone who doesn’t need hand-holding. You know how to manage developers and clients alike, and you have the technical acumen to assess work quality and push for excellence. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for someone with experience managing custom software development projects from start to finish and sometimes in between. You should be comfortable working with hybrid development teams across different time zones. You should understand the basics of code delivery, QA, and version control, and you should be able to lead projects using lightweight communication tools like Slack. Most importantly, you should be available to start immediately and eager to prove yourself.
