Job Title: Pardot Specialist Needed for Audit & Warm Email Strategy We are Main Event Digital, a digital marketing agency seeking an experienced Pardot specialist to assist one of our clients with two key needs: a full audit of their current Pardot setup and strategic guidance on developing an effective warm email campaign. Project Overview: Our client uses Pardot (a Salesforce product) as their CRM and marketing automation platform. We are looking for a professional to: Conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing Pardot configuration Identify errors, inefficiencies, or missed automation opportunities Provide clear, actionable recommendations for improvement Advise on a warm email strategy to enhance lead nurturing and engagement While the primary focus is on Pardot, there is potential for this position to expand to other CRM-related work within our agency for candidates with additional CRM expertise. Qualifications: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Pardot, including setup, audits, and optimization Strong understanding of marketing automation workflows and CRM best practices Demonstrated experience advising or developing warm email strategies Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a strong plus Experience with other CRM platforms is valued and may lead to expanded opportunities within our agency Preferred: Salesforce certifications
