Project Snapshot Goal: Turn our brand‑new LinkedIn newsletter into a data‑driven growth engine that feeds YouTube, Instagram, and our Shopify store. Scope: One‑time setup of tracking, dashboards, and publishing workflow plus optional 5–10 hrs/week maintenance & optimization. About Us Dr. Donese Worden is an integrative physician, researcher, and keynote speaker (“Truth in Medicine”). We already run an email newsletter in Constant Contact and a Shopify store. We’re launching a LinkedIn newsletter and need airtight analytics + social‑proof tracking to prove ROI and accelerate audience growth. Key Deliverables Phase 1: Setup (Weeks 1–2) -Build GA4 property (or validate existing) and install via GTM. Create universal UTM template for all outbound links (LinkedIn, email, IG, YT). -Connect GA4, LinkedIn Page, YouTube Studio, and Instagram Insights to a single Looker Studio dashboard (or equivalent). -Configure weekly & monthly KPI views (sales, followers, engagement, newsletter reads). -Document process in SOP with screen‑caps so our team can replicate. Phase 2: Launch Support (Week 3) -Tag & QA first LinkedIn newsletter issue: confirm UTMs, link integrity, alt‑text on graphics. -Verify real‑time data flow into GA4 and dashboard. -Train marketing assistant via Loom‑style video. Optional Retainer (5–10 hrs/week) -Pull Thursday & monthly reports, flag insights. -Recommend headline/CTA tests, graphic tweaks. -Maintain GA4 event mapping as store pages evolve. -Monitor social‑proof spikes; extract testimonials for marketing assets. Tech & Skills Checklist -Must‑have: GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM strategy, LinkedIn Newsletter analytics, Constant Contact experience, Looker Studio (or Power BI/Tableau), Canva. -Nice‑to‑have: Shopify analytics, knowledge of integrations and connecotrs, basic HTML/CSS. Soft skills: Clear documentation, proactive reporting, ability to educate non‑tech teammates. Engagement Details -Start: ASAP (looking to launch first newsletter early June). Initial contract: Fixed‑price setup + hourly extension for maintenance (please quote both). -Timezone: Prefer availability overlapping MST (Arizona time) for real‑time questions, but open to other time zones.
