We're hiring a courtesy call specialist to run outbound engagement calls to existing business customers. These are service-focused calls, not pitches. If you’ve ever worked in hospitality, car dealership service departments, medical front desks, or anywhere that puts care over close—you’ll feel right at home here. What You’ll Do Make outbound calls to businesses (no cold calling—these are known customers). Guide users to their software access and login, and walk them through key value points. Keep a friendly, service-driven tone—this is all about clarity, not pressure. Sometimes navigate phone trees or gatekeepers to reach the right contact. Log basic notes and outcomes to keep the engagement loop clean and tight.
