We’re looking for a full-time Luxury Travel Admin to join our small but mighty team. This role is ideal for someone with an administrative or client service background who’s excited to grow within the luxury travel industry. It’s not about travel perks—it’s about precision, communication, and high-touch execution. The Role: As a Luxury Travel Admin, you’ll support the agency’s founder and team in delivering exceptional experiences for high-end clients. From daily logistics to itinerary prep, your work will be foundational to how we operate. This is a full-time position, weekdays only (10 AM–6 PM ET). You must be fully available during business hours, though we never ask for nights or weekends. While our home base is NYC, this position is fully remote and open to US-based candidates. Compensation & Growth: $25/hour during a 90-day training and onboarding period $35/hour upon successful completion of training Potential for a salaried position after one year, based on performance Clear opportunities for advancement within the company The last three individuals in this role are still with the agency in advanced capacities Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support to the agency’s founder and team Create travel itineraries, conduct hotel research, and prepare proposals and quotes Manage schedules, calendars, and CRM/accounting entry (including invoicing) Respond to and follow up with clients via email in a polished, professional manner Assist with social media posting (Instagram/Facebook) Handle air quotes, charge credit cards, and call hotels as needed Participate in client calls as needed Maintain spreadsheets and internal organizational systems What We’re Looking For: Meticulous attention to detail (errors in our industry can be costly) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment Experience in admin and client service roles; travel industry experience is a plus Familiarity with SABRE or similar booking systems is a bonus Experience working with a luxury clientele is strongly preferred Self-sufficient and proactive, but open to direction Remote work experience preferred; we collaborate via Slack Growth Opportunity: Travel Advisor Track: While this role is not sales-focused, you will be fully immersed in the luxury travel space.
