The ideal candidate will initially contribute 1-2 hours per day, with the potential to increase hours based on future needs. Responsibilities: • WordPress Management: Update and maintain websites, publish blog posts, troubleshoot basic issues, and collaborate on site improvements. • Copywriting: Write compelling and creative copy. • Social Media Management: Draft and schedule posts, write engaging captions, and assist in monitoring and responding to comments. • Pitch Writing: Create professional pitches for potential clients, partnerships, and collaborations. • Research: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather data for reports or presentations. • Project Management: Assist in tracking project timelines and tasks using tools like Asana and Notion. • Google Workspace: Create and manage documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and maintain a well-organized Google Calendar. • Graphic Design: Design simple graphics using Canva or Adobe Spark for marketing campaigns and social media. • QuickBooks Support: Assist with basic expense tracking, and financial organization. • Client Communication: Handle email correspondence, follow-ups, and schedule meetings with clients and team members. • Event Support: Coordinate events, travel logistics, research and help secure bookings to clients. Required Skills and Qualifications: • WordPress: Experience managing and editing websites is a must. • Strong Writing Skills: Proven ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for various platforms in both Spanish and English. • Research Experience: Ability to compile insights, analyze trends, and deliver actionable findings. • Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with major platforms, trends, and strategies. • Google Workspace Proficiency: Advanced skills in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Calendar. • Design Tools: Experience with Canva or Adobe Spark (or similar tools). • ChatGPT: Familiarity with using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for brainstorming, research, or content generation. • Language: Fluent in Spanish and English, with perfect grammar and strong communication skills in both languages.
